CHESS NOT CHECKERS: change the mindset of at-risk teens and youth from non-traditional backgrounds through the game of chess using an evidence-based curriculum and assessment-based results to foster emotional intelligence, critical thinking, goal setting, life skills, paradigm shifting, and conflict resolution.
THE DEBATE TEAM: change the mindset of at-risk teens and youth from non-traditional backgrounds through basic elements of debate. Empowering individuals with essential skills such as critical thinking, effective communication, and global awareness.
FATHERS WITH DAUGHTERS: held by a father, this class provides a unique perspective on personal life skills and support to teenage females. The program is specifically designed for teenage females between the ages of 13-17. It aims to empower them with essential life skills and provide them with the support and guidance needed to navigate through adolescence and young adulthood.
